I respond to every inquiry within 24–48 hours — usually sooner on weekdays. If you haven't heard from me in 48 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out directly by phone.
Not at all. If you're in early planning stages, I'm happy to check availability for a general timeframe. The sooner you reach out, the better chance you'll have of securing your preferred date.
The more the better — your date, location, session type, number of people, and any vision or ideas you have. Even a rough idea helps me give you a more useful first response. Don't overthink it though — any message is a great start.
After our consultation, I'll send a contract and deposit invoice. Signing the contract and paying the retainer (25–30% of your package) officially reserves your date. Dates are only held once both are complete.
Travel within Greater Indianapolis is always included. For locations more than 50 miles from Indianapolis, a travel fee may apply. Destination sessions outside Indiana are welcome — reach out for a custom quote.
Rescheduling is generally available with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations forfeit the retainer but not additional payments already made. Full details are outlined in the contract.
